IT IS OFFICIAL. THE 500 BLACK TUXEDOS EVENT 2023 willl be held at THE ITALIAN COMMUNITY CENTER on the Lakefront of Milwaukee on Saturday, January, 14th 2023

We are honored to once again present this prestigious event. All tuxedo rentals will be handled by Elliott Torrence and “Torrences House of Threads.” Tuxedo fitting info coming soon.
 

“The 500 Black Tuxedos Event” Saturday, January, 14th 2023

Here’s the agenda for the day:
8:00 AM-Breafast at North Division High School and prepared by Delectables By Donna.
8:00 AM-Haircuts and grooming by Kerric Stephens, Chris and Rick. The barbers at Exodus Barber Shop. All haircuts are free.
8:00 AM-Registration begins. Gathering in the auditorium.
All men and boys must report to North Division by 12:00 PM
12:00 PM- The official program begins with a welcome by Andre’ Lee Ellis and the team.
12:30 PM- Breakout Sessions begin. Facilitators will Michael Emem Deshea Agee Dr. Kenneth Ginlack Sr. Dr. R Kweku Akyirefi Amoasi and Andre’ Lee Ellis will teach on the benefits of Agriculture in today’s society.
1:30 PM- All men and boys will put on Tuxedos and gather in the auditorium.
2:00 PM- We load buses to go take the official photo. This year’s photo will be taken on the steps of The Milwaukee County Courthouse “Why, Because They Are Not In Orange Jumpsuits.”
The official photo will be displayed on a billboard that will feature throughout the city after the events. Our young brothers can view themselves and share it with friends and family.
2:45 PM- We unload the buses and parade 3 blocks to the Italian Community Center for the official program and awards presentation.
